Founded in 2004, Navigator has been providing a variety of services to support and grow healthcare businesses.  All of Navigator's team members are seasoned healthcare professionals 20 plus years in various aspects of healthcare.

The founder, Phyllis Madigan, is a dynamic healthcare executive with a unique combination of business and clinical experience offering organizations new ways to strengthen current revenue streams and developing new avenues for growth. Her leadership style fosters enthusiasm for teamwork while developing individual strengths to meet organizational goals. She has demonstrated accomplishments in: strategic planning, merger & acquisitions, sales, marketing, network development, product development, human resources, and reimbursement.

Phyllis has been involved in healthcare for over 30 years. For the last 9 years she has provided valuable consulting services to healthcare organizations (See Services). Prior to consulting she has held executive positions, participating in two healthcare start-up companies, that led to successful IPOs. Phyllis is a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration.
